When will I get my order?

If you are located in the UK, your order should arrive within 5-7 working days. Please note that if you have ordered products to an address outside of the UK, the delivery times may vary and could be shorter or longer.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change the delivery address. Please ensure that you double-check your information when placing your order, as any errors may result in delays in receiving your products.

Do you ship internationally?

At Purealuxe, our goal is to serve customers worldwide. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to every country. For inquiries about shipping availability to your location, please email us at purealuxe.clientassistance@hotmail.com for assistance from our customer support team. Please note that some countries have strict regulations on liquid imports, which may prevent us from shipping to you.

If I have a reaction, can I return the product?

At Purealuxe, all of our products are made from natural and organic ingredients and are allogen free, however we always recommend that customers conduct a patch test of our products before beginning a full skincare routine, as everyone’s skin sensitivity levels can vary.

Do you test on animals?

No, we are proud to say that our skincare brand does not test on animals. We are committed to ethical practices and prioritize the well-being of all living beings. Our products are developed using alternative testing methods that ensure safety and efficacy without the need for animal testing. What is the shelf life of the products?

The shelf life starts as soon as the products have been opened . Oil based products usually last around 12 months , whilst water based products last around 6 months. This information will be provided on your product packaging which is indicated with an image of an open jar, followed with a number and the letter M which represents the number of months.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our skincare products are formulated to be suitable for all skin types, including oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin. We carefully select ingredients that nourish and benefit a wide range of skin needs. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before using any new product to ensure compatibility with your individual skin sensitivity.
